How it works

Bring your team into the room
It starts with a one-hour team video call: Dan meets everyone, sets up the day, and hands out a little homework.
Then a full day in person. Each leader identifies the pattern they've been repeating in how they lead, understands why they repeat it, and learns how to build a new one — in front of each other, which is the part private coaching can't do.
Follow-up implementation coaching
The old pattern will try to run again, and it tends to pick the worst possible day. Dan works with each leader through those moments. Insight nobody protects is just a good day you remember fondly.
What each leader walks out with
- A specific, named understanding of the pattern they run in how they lead — and what it costs the person sitting next to them
- Three to five committed changes, in their own words, said out loud to the people who will notice if it doesn't happen
