This Privacy Policy explains how McArthur Executive Development, (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit www.mcarthurexecutivedevelopment.com (the “Site”), engage with our content or advertising on third-party platforms (including Facebook/Instagram), or use our services (collectively, the “Services”).

  • CRMs, email service providers, and form tools you use to interact with us

3) How We Use Your Information (Purposes & Legal Bases)

We use your information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support

4) Facebook/Instagram & Other Business Tools

We use Meta Business Tools, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Lead Ads forms. These tools may collect or receive information from our Site and elsewhere and use it to provide measurement services, target ads, and improve ad relevance. Data may include page views, conversion events, hashed contact fields (e.g., email/phone) for attribution, and form responses you submit.

5) Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We (and our partners) use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:

We may transfer, store, and process your information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international transfers.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, including:

  • Marketing and communications: until you opt out or after [X months/years] of inactivity

  • Contracts/transactions: for the duration of the relationship and for [X years] thereafter for legal/compliance purposes

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, and platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

 

13) Facebook Login / App & Data Deletion (if applicable)

If you use Facebook Login or interact with any McArthur Executive Development app integrated with Facebook/Instagram:

  • You can revoke our app’s permissions in your Facebook settings.

  • Data Deletion Instructions: To request deletion of data obtained via Facebook, email patrick@mcarthurexecutivedevelopment.com with the subject “Facebook Data Deletion” and your name, the email tied to your Facebook account, and a description of your request. We will confirm deletion as required by Facebook’s platform policies.

 

14) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest changes. Material changes will be notified as required by law.
